No one will accept that mechanic for stamina, but I think stamina that recharges over time would be acceptable. Weapon weight could still factor into this, or something akin to weapon speed - weight because some weapons are weighty, but the way they are handled mitigates the burden.

I'd also suggest a decrease in backpedaling speed and an increase across the board in weapon speed. Fights will be faster and more furious.

I wish that non-clan players had more of a choice. As of now, I feel irrelevant to the battle. Even when I do well, I'm still just a "pubbie." Clan players will only rarely help pubbies with tactics, and if you happen to get in they're way they have no problem team-wounding you, because it isn't like you can do anything about it.

Banner balance is really cool in concept. It has this emotional component where you have to give up your individuality and submit to a clan's aesthetics. That's cool. However, it would also be cool to have a "mercenary" option where you could pay gold to get on a certain team. Players would basically be auctioning themselves to get on a team. They wouldn't auction higher than the profit from the multis in theory. Maybe that specific idea is silly, but something like it would make the game better for pubbies.

Play the game high.

Whenever I get high and play the game I begin to see all this stuff that I miss playing sober. The balance begins to make sense, the attacks look better/realistic, and it makes me humble.

Instead of, "Wtf that shit is so gay/broken!", it's "Wow I could see that happening irl! *Goes into 5 minute trance imagining how scary medieval fighting must have been*"

why the hell do you so much want a speed nerf on poleaxes? regular poleaxe is already 89 going any lower would be too much. if ever you should nerf the poleaxe you should attack it's damage

The speed of all large weapons is pretty insane already. I care less about the suggested speed nerf, than adding x-mode versatility though.

Fix- Make elegant poleaxe do significantly more blunt damage on its secondary mode. It would then be "elegant" in it's versatility, and add more variety to the poleaxes.

Also a speed nerf to all poleaxes, with an extra speed nerf to regular poleaxe. (-2, -2, -3/4)

There is little rhyme and reason to the armors in this game. I like the idea of beauty taxing items, although in this case it does not apply. Yawshan also doesn't look like it gives as much armor as it does.

In the end, remember that gold price is negligible (currently, not necessarily). Weight vs. armor is king.

What's worse, long weapons getting stuck, or long weapons not getting stuck and being even more ridiculous than they are now? It's silly enough that you can overhead and jump around so fast anyways.

This. The deluge mod has similiar system when it comes to reloading pistols on horseback. Ride too fast and the reloading cancels. I guess this wouldn't hurt too much but would still make them a bit more easily reachable.

It would make them more like mobile snipers, which is what they should be.

Really.

Do you really care that much to ruin someone else's fun? What about pugilists? If I throw on heavy gauntlets I can punch at least 3 people to death in a round on siege. That's better than most noobs with weapons.
