we don't need 0 slot axes. 0 slot swords are OP IMO, and hand axe is not shit, it's really fast and dmg is ok for 0 slot weapon. :) (I got one before 0 slot swords were implemented)

Gurnisson already posted in this thread. I don't know where it can be changed and it's unlikely someone like chadz will respond. It works well enough, but that does happen and other times it just doesn't bump when it should, especially against throwers.
Gurni didn't even mentioned about problem I show.
About archers also :P

fighting with no PS is sometimes fun, but still dedicated archer should shoot more rather than fight in melee.

Anyway i have 2 ps. Putting it together with high ath -> higher speed bonus i can deal dmg to almost everyone even without wpf in melee (i have 1 wpf in 1h). Still most of time ii'm trying to avoid putting my sword in hand unless i'm forced to do that :). IMO that's normal behavior for dedicated archer.

You also should remember that Str archer have 12 hp more than agi on lvl 34 (it can be 1 shot or hit from melee, and that's a lot IMO).
Also what are values for ATH for both lvl 34? It's really important thing to be honest :)

What are you moaning for? All you do is sit on top of an hill with your OP build trying to get the best K/D possible.
Every hi lvl build is OP, and I don't care about K/D.

I think that problem I mentioned can be repaired in easy way.

I hate when there is something in-game what you can abuse, especially when it is in my fauvorite class.
Ppl rage and QQ a lot, so at least make some things clearer, like problem i noticed.

I will dissapoint few ppl, but it's not removing archery from game.  8-)

Thing that need to be repair/increased is distance from wich animation of drawed bow is interrupted.
ATM as an archer you can litelary put a bow in someones face/shield and shoot.

Bodkin Arrows
weapon length: 93 <--- that should be a minimal distance  from wich you can shoot (even a bit higher because arrow needs space to accelerate).

I hope devs already noticed this problem and they made a solution for it and they are waiting for patch to repair that (and maybe broke something else :wink:).

My most fun moment was that strat battle where siege equipment somehow bugged a big part of the castle wall, and that wall started dancing around in the air with people trying to climb on it. Laughed really hard there.

It was so nice to shoot ppl standing on it  :twisted:
It wa even funnier when both teams discowered if they manipulate with siege equipment, wall will move ^^

That day this wall make huge amount of kills :D


My personal best were also a strat battle but long time ago, when polestun were still on. It was a begining of strat and everyone had leather armor, but somehow in other team Tor had a plate one. I told on ts that he is mine, and I HS him with my third arrow :D Amount of laught and grats to me on ts were insane.

In the end we lost that battle but it was most excited battle ever IMO because final resuld were like 2 ppl standing alive in enemy team.

So, how many if points you propose to spend to become an armoured longbow ballista, that can't be interrupted by pesky low pd enemy archers?
Me? none. I'm hi lvl my old friend and points on lvl 36 gonna all go to PS.

Recently i'm playing also qite a lot with melee alt, and i notice kind of problem that you are interrupted even if you gets a hit from ranged comareable to mosquito bite.

In my idea if you wil have a lot of str and if combined with very heavy armor you won't be interrupted by missiles that will deal tou les than about 5 up to maybe 8 % of your max HP.

Yep, you should be sorry ;P

IF in my idea will just give player a small bonus in not getting staggered if they will recive small dmg from ranged :)

that's only an idea. If devs would like to implement it they will have to set proper numbers to ballance it.

Let's say that str guy with if won't be staggered by flying thins until they will deal him below 5~8 % of his max hp.

Haha starting to see the problem :D

Steevee is afraid of agility based characters (read: agi my old friends), because they can actually kill archers now that archers can't kite and stagger as in the old days.

Sorry to be rude; but if we should buff ranged stagger then they should reintroduce pole stagger as well.
And no one wants that...

I don't wanna set stagger back, it was retarded. I also get accostumed to every single change thad devs makes to my class.

I'm not afraid of agi my old friends because i learned how to treat them an keep them on distance, it's normal that agi my old friends are "hunting" archers.

I'm doing quite good job pew-pewing ppl and my scores and places in rosters are showing that  :twisted:

I put in here an option to discuss about making IF more usefull.

It's just not worth any skill points for what little it does. Considering I have to fight players that are lvl 33+ constantly, you can't waste any points.
If you are an agi my old friend it's a waste, but if you are a str bulid it's quite ok :)
