That's perfectly normal. When choosing cRPG from the launcher it executes an older version of Warband, because WSE doesn't support the new version yet. Steam doesn't recognize that.
If you want the Steam overlay you can add the launcher as a non-steam game. Launching Warband from Steam should also work as long as you're not playing DTV or Rageball. Just click the error messages regarding WSE away and you can play.

Can change athletics to IF if always riding a horse. I suggest against that though.I changed my mind and will go xbow hybrid, but thank you for the build anyways.
