4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. : I was playing on EU7 with my new alt and get killed then this guy open kick poll.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. : His kick reason is "useless". He thinks i must get kick because i can get shinny tincans and spam kill bots.

Last 20 seconds I just defended the that little gate in Rudhkan gate , we won after we clear flag. It's not about that gate.

I opened gates last 20 seconds for go outside and make attackers busy. So we won and he opened kick request after that.

That hits not intentional , shoting enemy cav while somebody trying to teamkill me in my team is not very easy.

These rules apply to official servers:
- EU_cRPG_x (1,2,3,4,5,6,8)
- NA_cRPG_x (1,2,3,6)

No malicious griefing of teammates (kickspamming, blocking, etc.)

No drawing/delaying the round on purpose (i.e. running away or camping unreachable places when you're one of the last people alive)

OK: running away and shooting enemies that are reachable by projectiles
NOT OK: running away or avoiding confrontation when there is nobody to shoot in range or everyone is behind cover.
NOT OK: running away or avoiding confrontation to search for ammo

No random kick/ban polls. Always specify reason before starting a poll

NOT OK: poll-kicking someone because you don't like his playstyle

Glitching is allowed, being an asshat isn't

OK: hiding (e.g. in the hay)
NOT OK: hiding when last man standing (i.e. delaying)

I hope XyNox and friends can read it.

No, I dont delay. You, who are running away from every enemy for minutes are delaying. I think requesting to ban you for creating one lie after another is not too much to ask.

When I last I don't run. But when I play with my my old friendgy stf alt I run in melee fights and thats allowed. And don't attacking enemy players means delaying. If you wanna duel go to EU3.

Also, EU 4 has this unwritten rule that the last one gets to duel. Even though EVERYONE agrees on duel, rabbitstayla will, no matter what, try to interrupt that duel with his xbow just to show how "my old friendgy" ranged players are. Interestingly enough, he doesnt do so when he plays on his 2h. So far so good.

And what about written rules of BATTLE SERVERS

And I remember 3 or 4 guys banned cause 'duels' in battle servers. So don't QQ and wait for admin's call.

You always delay. He probably saw atleast one of them.

For that lie alone you deserve a ban ... 2 teamhits in the BEGINNING of a round by accident ?

Now to the banning business. I see no hard proof against XyNox. I only see that you made a poll against him that got rejected. Also you teamhit him twice in a row which doesn't exactly seem unintentional to me.

     

Duels isnt allowed and if i did intentional th (and i didnt ) revenge kills not allowed. Should i get video record for you see what he is doing and about insults xynox said very nice things about my mom about 30 min ago

XyNox kicked me intentional when i was running from enemy (we was 3 at team). And he just waited for his 'duel' (On Eu4)
I just hate 'duel pls' guys on eu4. This happened in EU4 and July 21, 2013, 11:05:02 pm.
