spams chat with abuse, makes no attempt to help team, will not try to fight, runs away for long periods of time, shoots team mates constantly accidently or not still annoying.
i know he's been banned before, merc_tony did a ban poll for him the other week and got over 70%

thats how it was back in strat3. when i was trying to apply for my very first strat battle the application wouldn't go through because i'd never spawned on the map, as soon as someone linked me to the strat page and i spawned on the map i could apply for the battle. but it might have been changed

i've seen great men die from random lucky knockdown
just a suggestion from our experience anyway

I think the no knockdown abuse rule works best, you can use knockdown weapons but if you hit on the ground you insta loose ^^

If you want constant recruitment you'll just have to play an hour or so a day, i think its fair, alot of people i know have thousands but i have only 300 and i always run out so i know how u feel
