Our continent has been wracked with war for weeks now, between the forces of red and green. Now, the Bear menace (Russians) has invaded our lands. I do not speak as a representative of HATE, or any other faction. Here is my suggestion. Once Chaos is/maybe destroyed by the Russians, how soon will their hungry gaze fall upon the red alliance? Will Chaos come to fight then for the reds? No, I think they will cackle at the destruction of their enemies. It is times such as these that forge heroes or broken kingdoms. Will the players of NA set aside their forum rage posts, clan splits, vindictive actions, and hate to achieve something greater? I understand that if we all unite to drive out the Russians, wars will resume again, for that is the nature of humanity. But I ask you this, shall we, the men and women of NA lose our holdings to the EU Bears, over our vanity? Or for a brief glittering moment, stop our mutual hate and instead start a war cry for our people, and fight back together? This is what I put to you, in these dark days.

After reading the posts I am locking this thread down.
All parties involved may send me a private message to further discuss this matter if they wish. As far as I'm concerned though, Crazy you tked BADPLAYER for...being a bad player. If you had contacted an admin rather than taken matters into your own hands, things probably would have gone down differently. Let it be known that I'm not a big fan of his either, but he followed proper procedure, and I do trust Smoothrich.
Crazyi, you were caught and admitted to intentional tking, so you should remain banned for a stretch of time not yet determined.
BADPLAYER, this does not mean you were 100% innocent...please watch the bumps, and keep your gaming civil. We don't technically need an excuse to remove a players from a private server. However that is not something I want to start doing...you're welcome to play as long as you follow the rules, and don't instigate problems.

451 was confirming and enforcing that there are no duels on the battle server. "Duels are for the Duel Server."
You were muted for beating a dead subject when all an admin did was confirm what was being asked about the rules, which he did not create. Any admin's job is to enforce the rules of the server and to keep the playing experience civil.
Your chat, as shown in the screenshot you posted, came across as antagonizing an admin for a dispute that should have been brought up in player to admin chat or on the forums. That is why you were muted. You were not banned, you were not kicked, you were just muted.

This falls under the common sense rule...you were only banned for an hour, after that you're welcome back to play as long as you'd like, so long as you do not attempt to break the game for others or break the rules set on the server.
