cRPG Technical problems / Launcher upgrade FAILED

As usually started my launcher.exe, that lead to an upgrade. After an upgrade this screen appears "Failed to create remote load library thread".
What should I do at his point? I still can start the cRPG, but when it comes to joining the server it says I have to update it... It's cycle and I can't handle it aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh

I have the same problem on NA servers. I can't play at all. It doesn't give me even 15 sec to play before I get disconnected. I don't know what to do and i didn't really understand that about FAVORITES. Where is that?

Honestly, I play about 3 hours a week now in comparrison to almost 20 h/w with old cRPG, which I think is better for me, since I realized I accomplish more now in real life 
. All that because of I'm playing as an archer, but there neither fun nor sense in it. I'm nerfed to the point, that I'm waiting for a new release of M&B, to find myself in there. I even started to play native again...It didn't go well 
. Please chadz, can you modify that stupid move of an archer, which takes so much time for the shot and than anyway, arrows don't make any decent damage. I would be glad to play as before it was nerfed, just reduce the damage and maybe anything else you might think need modifying, but that stupid "preparing for the shot" move just kills all the fun.
