Dear lord administrator,
I am writing this on behalf of China Crpg top admin group, to report a severe problem that some playersÂ’ accounts had been totally reset after they reset their website password. Currently, I have been reported by 2 cases.
Problem description:
The detailed procedure they both experienced was: during 26th and 27th Nov, they were kicked from the Server WB_Crpg_asia by system, and failed to login the C-rpg.net (invalid Password). They found that the only servers they can join were EU servers. Then they required new passwords from server EU_1, and realized that their accounts had been reset to the very beginning.
This situation reminds me that: about 20 days ago, I reset the password to the website of my other cdkey account. And the same thing happened. I didnÂ’t realize that at the moment coz that cdkey account only has 1 heirloom and little gold, I did not lost much.
Victim accounts:
1. Main character:
BloodyP_XVIII retired about 18 times with 400k+ gold, reset time: 26th Nov.
This player has played Crpg for more than one year and now he lost all his treasure. He is suffering from this.
2. Main character:
Blood_jinyu1228, retired 4 times, reset time: 27th Nov.
This player had 7 3-heriloom items before the situation (traded with other players for money or something else), and now his account recovered by Mr.harald but all 3-loom items had been replaced by 7 normal hats (is this a joke?). And his gold reduced from 200k to 40k.
3. Main character:
Little_Q, only one retired. 1-loom long haft blade lost. Another of my cdkey account.
These players all have great enthusiasm and passion on Crpg and behaved well during the game. Please help them to regain their faith to rejoin the battlefield.
