I would suggest posting this in your native language in one of the sub forums at the bottom of the list, or having a friend translate it to English, because none of the questions you asked make any sense.

I am a Chinese, I would have called the Chinese CRPG station with good English people to ask these questions.But they refused. They are too lazy and selfish.
