« on: April 08, 2016, 11:48:14 pm »CMP created both the original WSE (now being further developed by others for use in other mods) and WSE2, which is basically a separate launcher for the game, revamping quite a lot of it. He also created a similar kind of dedicated server for the mod, which gets rid of a number of bottlenecks in the original server, thus allowing better performance with a higher number of players. Quite crazy, yesh.
Oh damn, didn't know that; this guy rocks.

W.S.E. goes for Warband Script Enhancer, is basically a tool for modders. The problem is the original WSE is quite limited for such mods as C-rpg that changes basically every aspect of the game so our great overlord cmp 'created'(i guess) this improved version to be able to implement more changes to the game and make run better for potato PC's.
