I've found the penalty seems to be very high.
I have 2 power throw and 60 wpf in throwing (just so i can use Franciscas)
But in medium-heavy armour i get the message. (Hereldic mail)
30 wpf per power throw seemed more than enough to me, but apparently not

Did initially say throwing, but changed when i noticed how ineffective armour has been lately. Fights happen all to quickly, im not just complaining about me dying to easily but also the enemy. its 1 - 2 hits most of the time
