Does XP gain in DTV was decreased or i'm lucky? Since yesterday I gain only 50% XP in DTV. In other game mods XP gain is normal. So, wtf?

I can't decide what sword make my hairloom one. German has a better thrust damage, danish a better swing. Or should i even bother about 2 points damage?
