General Discussion / Old player returning, Game won't load hero?

Hello, I haven't played in year or so I went to my account and redid my levels and what not. But when I join a server it isn't load my hero.
I've tried using Steam and the launcher.
Do I have to make my name a certain thing in CRPG? or link account somewhere?

I'm not sure why I was banned, I was tked for the 4th time and I said "f u jews" then was banned shortly after...
Sorry if I offended someone, chat was not exactly polite in the first place tho :[
I had not tked anyone and had the highest k:d on my team.... :/
