Realism Discussion / Shooting people on air

When you shoot someone on the air he/she just lands as nothing hit him/her and continues swinging weapon, it just intercepts mid-air swing. Correct me if i'm wrong. Maybe there should be a some kind of knockdown when they land. I mean c'mon you are hit on air, there should be a consequence. Even when you are hit on land you can't move for a second.

I'm in shock right now. We were the attackers in siege and were losing. When I spawned there is 15 seconds left on the clock so there is nothing to do. I hit a teammate for fun, he/she reported me as it should be. So that's all. Why ban? This is madness! Then disable reporting and ban everyone, what kind of a nonsense is this? Unban the character _Deadeye_ and end this madness. Also when you ban someone at least send him/her a message including the reason and for how long. Gosh...
