Travelling through the step in small numbers is known to be dangerous. Even in large numbers you can easily get swarmed...

But the people of the steppe have yet to see what atrocity's roam the land. An army of brigands, if not rebels, stalk the grassland. At the head of the army stands the man known only by Chingis, and behind him stands an army, a swarm of hornets ready to sting.

After a hard chase (and several thousand denars later) I had finally made it to the nearest city, and situated myself safely inside it's walls.

The armies I had seen were hardly bandits. These were rebels, and their presence in the steppe either meant a revolt...or a revolution. Sanjar Khan had a new pretender practically on his doorstep, and as long as he allowed this to happen the longer the terror would ensue within the inner steppe.

But really wtf  I've spent a lot of time in Brytenwalda...I've had my city attacked thousands of times by 2000 man armies just over religious disputes. I've dealt with large numbers of bandits grouped together, and even previously in Floris mod (I'm using: Floris Expanded Mod Pack 2.54,) but never have I ever come up on a force of bandits which exceeded 500 troops. There were  more here but they were out of sight by the time I took the pictures. Even so, there are 700-800 troops here, with over 1000 prisoners. I paid about 1000 denars to every party, leaving me broke.

I fucked up and put 110k down on the upcoming blacksmith services, so if nobody bets on it the I'll be selling my very own blacksmith services (obviously 1 use.) The horribly horrible but stupendously amusing stats of the Fringe.
Yeah yeah, it's complete shit, but I get to experience the homosexual thrill of throwing, cavalry, 1-h, 2-h, hoplite, etc. The only class I can not play is archery, I've even pulled 5 kills one round with a crossbow.
One thing I truly regret was what I did to my weapon proficiency. I do have a plan to fix it though, and sometime in the coming future I'll balance it out. Sometimes I wish I had gone full cav instead of throwing, but if I ever do get the time to grind it to lvl 35, then I'll have enough to go heavy cav.
This is a dreamed hope, leave it to asphyxiate on it's own.
Anyways, figured I'd share my bizarre stats.

General Off Topic / Sports.

Out of curiosity, is anybody in the forum an athlete of some form or fashion, or has been in the past? I've come across a good deal of football players (most linemen,) but that's about it. I've met quite a few Europeans who are involved or at least active in one sport or another, but not much else. The reason I had this on my mind was because I just got done with one of my track meets and wondered if anybody on here was doing the same thing.

General Discussion / Armor disappearing.

So every time I buy a new set of armor I loose other pieces. This has happened for awhile and I just bought my armor back but I'd kinda like to get it fixed cuz I'm tired of re-buying shit I just bought. My example would be I just bought that Chinese armor (which seems to suck anyways, masked helmet is ugly as shit,) and lost things like my nordic pot and a bunch of other stuff, still haven't gone through it all.

The clan, Kingdom of Jerusalem, is most obviously centered around the Catholic/Latin Kingdom located in Levant about the times of 1099-1192, with the liberty of extension into the "Kingdom of Acre," which was berthed in the demise of the first kingdom, fed with the remnants of glory emitted to be consigned with oblivion.


One of the later clans to be created leaves us with many goals and relatively smaller than most other clans. Growing quickly, we hope to esteem the title of KoJ. Like many other clans and even more so we are ecstatic with every recruit and welcome you into the brotherhood.

Being a Latin Kingdom backed by the Catholic order, any sort of Japanese or Eastern armor is not sanctioned, as well as heavy plate armors or something that spans the era in which the Kingdom lived. Eastern armors being banned completely, we don't recommend any "advanced" armors.

These ranks are based off of the active members (those who are on often and in TS.) This consists of the first platoon (commanded by the Lieutenant,) then set into a division (two at max commanded by the II Lieutenant) to be divided into squads(commanded by the sergeants.) Lance Corporal is a petty rank showing achievement won by that member, the second in command of a squad if his sergeant should be absent.

Other specialized ranks and classes will be assigned at the growth of the clan.

Recruitment in the clan as of now is filtered. By connecting to the above ip and having a little chat with one of the leading members (Lieutenants and above,) we can differentiate where you will be placed and/or if you will be accepted at all. After that it will be required that you play with us and are frequently active in the TS.

Other contact information can be found at our channel. On the weekends your bound to find somebody on at anytime (maybe not 7:00 [central] in the morning or around there but most other times,) on weekdays you might not find a group on 'till 4:00 or 5:00 central time.

   Recently I bought the banner slot D1-1. I saved my own image as a PNG and chose a RGB hex format (silver) and uploaded it to the site, yet my banners shows as the original banner (a man holding a fish over purple.) Whats wrong or where did I go wrong :
