cRPG Technical problems / Main and alt accounts

Hi guys I recently restarted playing cRPG again and I wanted to start a new player but since I already had a main the new characters were alts, but since I hadn't played in so long I deleted my main account without knowing about the main and alt roles in cRPG so what I'm asking is that is it possible that a dev could make one of my accounts a main one because of my silly error of deleting my main and only having alts left
