cRPG Technical problems / Weird Connection Issue

Well today I felt like picking up cRPG after a long break. So I go to play of course there was an update as to be expected downloaded launched the game and went to join a server. Downloaded the map but it's at that stage were the people are being loaded onto it and you join a faction and my entire Mount and Blade crashes (tried this a couple times now). I tried to use the repair option in the starter to no avial an I am currently going through a name change (not that, that should effect it in anyway). Also I have both a steam and non-steam version of Warband.

This is BW Armsman Buttons looking to trade in my old Bastard Sword  (Balanced Heavy, +2) Looking to get some nice polearm out of it.

cRPG Technical problems / The entire shop button does not exsist on my profile

Under equiptment where the shop button is supposed to be is not, I have no idea why not or how to get it back and I cannot use the shop at all I really need help with this
