Beginner's Help and Guides / Name Change wont work?!?

I was invited into DL by some member of theres, and now I found out that he didnt have the right to invite people into it. So I had to leave the clan and change my name again.  But now when I try to change it to the original "Brooder", It says the name is unavailable! help?
this is causing a major dispute and ive gotten TKed for things not my fault. please help im sick of all this.

uhh on NA_Siege an Admin banned me.. for no reason. permanantly.
