Suggestions Corner / Remove Building Material from Battle?

I believe that constrution sites should stay and should be able to be used as "barricades" but I don't think that it's cool when ATS half my team spend the whole round building stuff in battle and making me lose (UNLESS there on the other team). What do you think?
