cRPG Technical problems / EU SERVER 1 THROW ME WHİLE STARTİNG THE GAME :(((

hi Friends ;)   When ı enter EU server 1, while starting the game, game is throwing me out and see this ms j  - connettion to server lost -- ...  My ping is good ..always between 60-80...ı updated crpg to 211..whats wrong?? Can u help me plsss???

hi Friends ;)  ı banned from EU server 1..    ı entered the game normal but my clothes gone while entering...than ı continued to play and banned..ı dont know but ı banned also from EU server2 same time. ((  Can u fix it  pls
