Suggestions Corner / Old upkeep back

As you all know the latest patch increased upkeep even further. I'm interested in what were the reasons to do that.
I believe the old repair costs were just fine, you didn't see people running around in plate all the time and those who did use expensive gear are still doing it after the patch.
Why give 10 customization options and "force" players to choose between 3 out of those 10?

cRPG Technical problems / Tab scoreboard

If you press Tab (or whatever your hotkey is) to see the Scoreboard, a mouse appears and no keys work anymore. For someone who looks at my awesome KD every few seconds, this is completely gamebreaking.

General Off Topic / Any network experts?

I've been experiencing severe lag problems for over a month, with the last week filled with random disconnects and lag freezes.
Called up my ISP, they were having trouble at a local CMTS and fixed it shortly after. Now the random disconnects are gone (they happened due to packet loss), but the high ping/lag still remains.
It's been happening to me since the last big patch was released (slot change), so about 2 months (?) now. I don't know if it is connected however, but I remember I used to have a stable ping of 70-85 or so. Now it rarely drops below 110, with the average being around 125 and highest 150 D:
Ran antivirus full pc scan, no shit. ISP says the signal is fine. So I'm thinking the PC is the problem... Maybe something is filling up my bandwidth, dunno what. Tried some packet tracing with Wireshark, but I'm completely lost there
I'm on a 13Mb DL/ 1,5 Mb UL line (without router).
Oh also, I noticed something, if I look at the back of the PC where the UTP cable goes in (motherboard integrated network card), I notice theres one orange light and one RED light. Now I'm not even sure if that red led used to be green, maybe it's trying to tell me something.
I am desperate D:
Any suggestion on how to check stuff or what to try will help.

Not really a bug but I am writing here because I am desperate.
My ping 3 months ago on cRPG was about 80 (and that was good), now it rarely drops below 125. It is getting really really hard to play melee at this stage.
No I am not downloading porn or filling up my bandwith somehow.
Ping on european native servers is usually around 50 (always was 50).
Does anyone have any idea what might cause this high lag and ideas how to reduce it (even if just a little bit). Are there any special commands/settings that can help reduce your ping/lag?
Is it just that my connection can't handle so many people being on one server?

Requesting ban for player Now.
This might be a day or two old, but I've seen this guy afk and leeching (with peasant weapons) several rounds. I hope someone else can confirm his VILE actions because I'm sure I'm not the only one that noticed this guy leeching.
He started the round, walked up to a "safe" place and went afk.
Just incase, providing some proof (check the round timer and score!):
