No success for me.

Here's what I did.

1. Download warband.
2. Turn off auto update.
3. Install file.
4. Start warband.
5. Start crpg.
6. O wait no...can't join a server still.

The solution to the problem is to first turn off auto-update for M&B:W. Then go to the TaleWorlds website and download the installer (currently, it's still 1.134). Also, save it for later in case this happens again. Reinstall the game to the same directory it currently resides in (within the Steam directories); there is no need to uninstall first. Start up the game from Steam and, voila, you're back in business.

yes and have to wait one hour for download the game again -_-

You need TaleWorlds' permission to redistribute game files.

my file is just the file that talesworld use in the warband folder

anyway as you wish

you have to put in X:program\steam\steamapps\common\mount and blade warband

substitute to your exe and play

click on the .exe instead of use steam shortcut

EDIT: in the main menu of mount and blade you still see 1.142 but when in game you are at 1.134 so don't worry (BE HAPPY!)

guys i have solution, i just upload exe files of the 1.134 version on megaupload, just substitute with yours in steam- mount and blade folder and solved

just few minutes and i post the link
