Thanks for trying this guys, especially since from what I`ve heard the autobalance code is pretty spagetti.

The unbalanced amounts of ranged and cav is *THE* most important thing to look into right now in order to keep population high on EU1. If this can be fixed, people will cry about ranged / cav alot less.
