cRPG Technical problems / My main charcter has disappeared from in-game =(

Hi,i was going to change my name today,but did it in-game before knowing you must do it on the site,so i did it on the site also,but my character disappeared from in-game and it says that the name change on the site is done,help me.

Hi,i can't log into the website,i've erased all my cookies and such but it still doesn't work,and the marketplace screwed up also,help me!
