Title: Need Admin in TFO Server.

We need an admin in the TFO server. Balton keeps coming back after being repeatedly kicked. Every time he comes back, he poll spams me or someone else and team kills someone.

Everyone is kicking every time he joins because he's constantly teamkilling every round
