Reduce multipler -1 right after tk. If it's already x1 then make it x0 for the rest of the round.

Not all TKs are the fault of the TKer. That's a rather severe punishment for dumb stuff like getting pushed off a ledge due to physics. Or swinging at the same target with the first hit killing the enemy and making the 2nd hit the first striker.
