People are getting careless with the team hits. I suggest every time you TK someone you lose 1 multiplier point, if you're at 1 you're denied one when your team wins.

Perhaps, but I think a simple -xp/gold would be better.

most people don't intentionally TK or TW. I apologize every time I do, or at least I try to every time. Anyway, such a harsh punishment is just annoying and unfair.

Annoying, maybe. Unfair, no.

Just accidentally tked twice in one round accidentally - deserved to get punished for being sh*t.
Instead quit so as to not inflict myself on teammates when playing crap. Cos whether they run infront or whatever I should have been alert so MY fault.
If a penalty in place wouldnt have quit.

True, but the point is to make people think before they swing. If you take the time to aim and time your swing you have a much lower chance of Tking than if you swing wildly.

Often you can't even avoid teamkilling, someone runs right into your overhead, swing, thrust. Your are in ego perspective as an archer and someone runs through your haircross in the wrong moment and so on, and so on...
Surely you can watch several things, but sometimes it happens accidentally.
A proper solution would be: Teamdamage dealed*100 = Experience you lose. So if you teamkill someone intentionally you'll lose about 5000 experience. If you accidentally do the last hit its something like 1000

Vote for Backfire-Monday or something.
Just for testing purposes activate 150% backfire!

What is the purpose to punish people making TK's?
Most TK's are unintentional. Why punish those players? Those TK's happen when a player tries to help a teammate out. Why should that be punished?
If this is implemented we will see people standing back and let teammates die before they engage in combat out of fear of making a TK and getting a punishment.
I don't mind if people kill me unintentionally because I know it helps me and the team to win in the long run.
Besides, why would idiots (those doing the TK's and TW's intentionally) care about some punishment?
Edit:
A much bigger problem is the intentional swinging of weapons at spawn.
