My friend just bought a copy of MB and joined cRPG. I said "Skip the fun is like a sandbox which we can try different builds before you start leveling" and he skipped the fun. And he decided to change his skip the fun build and i said "You have to delete this one to start another". He killed his character from website and created a new char but he couldn't. He said that the name was available but when he tried to connect the servers he was getting "Character name already taken". And when he tried to login the website with his new, he said he was getting this:
for security reasons, entering an alt was changed. to log into an alt, you have to do this now:
a) join a server with a new name
b) IMMEDIATELY (2 minutes) enter a new password into the website
if you take longer than 2 minutes, you have to create a new alt and set a password for all the alts. we are trying to restore normal functionality asap. check the forum for more info.
So where did we go wrong?

Did he try to create him on one of the official eu servers?
