Title: Banned on the NA servers

as far as i know i haven't played this game for like a month and a half and wasn't banned when i left, but it says i'm banned whenever i try to log in to NA servers. would like to at least know what i was banned for if anyone could tell me. username is FF__JohnAdams (two underscores)

well i posted in the hospitaller section and this is what devilize told me after i gave him some info

i dont think i did and im not even sure how i would go about doing that.

There was a rumor that ladders crashed the server by causing too much lag.

Perhaps that is what they are referencing.

Hey hey hey, he could be the innocent victim of beeing a zombie computer in a ddos attack. Still if someone investigated and figured he was behind it or something of the likes, im sure he deserves it.

I've looked into this and your names have apparently been deleted from the list (or ctrl_f no longer works) which is the equivalent of a permaban....

I'm not sure how to fix it as I have no idea what your ID numbers are and there are legitimate permabans in that pile who did maliciously try to crash the server and other sordid shit...

Can you log into other servers?  Perhaps you could ask one of the EU admins to PM me your ID number so I can find it and unban you... Other than that, I have no idea   :(
