Title: About to select heirloom item, but doesn't work...

I click everywhere on the tempered miaodao I just bought after a week of intense playing staying at level 31 just to get gold to buy a tempered miaodao and retire to make it balanced, but I click everywhere on it and it keeps saying "No item selected"... how can I select the item?
