Title: Confused as hell

Ok so im trying to join a server and it say i dont have the current module (1.223) but it says im running on (1.223), i tried deleting my old file and re-installed it and it loaded the game up, but the same problem with the servers. What the hell is going on? (and im running the game off steam)
