Nothing you do on a forum shoud get you banned ingame. Maybee bann him on the forum but let the man play the game he love.
I got msg from Admins after posting on that thread, atleast admins can reply WHY he is banned ingame for telling on cheaters.
When they have the "time" to accuse me of not following the rules (its changed now) about writing anything in the bann section.

uhm... Last time I heard of Vicious, chadz was saying he has been unbanned, maybe he was trolling or maybe he just forget to do it. I suggest him to hit the irc and ask there

He asked me about it himself yesterday, but as far as I know he's been unbanned for a while now. As for the rest of it, I don't suppose it matters very much what exactly you did if you manage to piss off chadz as badly as Vicious.

he has been unbanned for about a month now.

also, he has been warned a dozen times before that he should behave or face the consequences. The reason he was banned was that he acquired critical info of the dev team and then went on to publish this info in public.

He was then banned ingame until he removed the published info, as this was the only appropiate tool.

Vicious played the hero for nothing.
chadz banned for leaking critical info, I expelled him from the clan for using his clan mate to leak that info. I'm not against Vicious to be the part of the community, nor I support alienating him.
But there is a fact that he seriously need professional help. Its not just getting unbanned. I believe rabbit hole goes deeper than you think Ginger.

i am curious how you can kick someone who left your clan the exact day after chadz banned me. that will keep me astonished.           even now that we not share the same tag  , you prefer to lie instead say the truth, sorry you never got the chance to kick me, becouse  i not reconized you as clan leader. and i leaved merc with  a thread in your forum.         maybe you wanna post it.   

i am happy my idea of the academy worked,   but i am sure you will take merit for that also .


about ginger, i can say only thx for tried help me.       about you nocti,, really,  shame.    i was one of the old merc who chosed to not leave clan and tried helping by recruiting and teaching ppl., and forcing the clan to make up the academy (pretty much me and muffin did it ) and as soon the things worked  , and i was banned you started make leaders ppl who not did  nothing for help the clan, except  share the clan tag. thats why i leaved,  and never gived the you the opportunity to kick me out, becouse i not was recognizing any serious leadership and i got the balls to say that  first than leave., i kicked myself from skype. i kicked myself from ts. you did nothing PROOF? even now i have server admin in your ts.       becouse you never kicked me.

so you should be ashamed to write such lie in pubblic,   i not think that sayng that you kicked me, when is not true, will help merc to gain back credibility or honour.


you lucky i not give a fuck anymore.    , the dream of you kicking me out will reman only your personal weat dream.





and if not was for this your big lie i was going to donate all my stuff to the clan, but after i readed this shit, i will prefer delete the char than give  to ppl like you something, i am only unhappy to leave people like muffin and ginger
