In North América:

    Strength: 36
    Agility: 3
    Hit points: 91

Ironflesh: 10
Power Strike: 12

In Europe:

    Strength: 21
    Agility: 18
    Hit points: 64

    Ironflesh: 4
    Power Strike: 7
    Athletics: 6
    Weapon Master: 6

Why the difference ?
Compensation for smaller e-pen, I see no other explication .

36/3 can have 12 PS, 11 IF and 93 HP on level 30. Probably gonna do this with fully loomed plate next build, see how many hits I can take.

I  just thaught about you using this one in full plate ingame.
Every  round you need so much time to get to the fight that
either you already have won or are the last man standing vs an army of enemys :P

"Hey look zagibu finally made it into the fight too!!!! TURTLE!!!!"

12 PS 10 if 1 ath is nicer. that 1 athletics helps :)
imo Full plate is best on 30/9, 36/3 is for medium armor. The weight movement penalty of full plate is pretty steep, so the 3 ath 3 wm helps. 10 PS 7 IF is not bad by any means :P

Standard 2h in NA is 24/15 or 30/9.
