Title: How to add unoffical server to official server ?

Please how can I revamp my official unofficial site on the server.

 My PC Config:

 Motheboard Asus M4A87TD EVO
 CPU: AMD Phenom X4 955
 HDD: 1TB 7200 rmp
 W: 20Mb / s
 position server: Czech Republic (Europe)
