Title: How to incite a kick request
Post by: Nyalan on June 24, 2011, 03:44:04 am
Hi,

It's been the second time in about 100 hours of playing that I am getting team killed intentionally by many hits by a player I hit one time accidentally. I am just really pissed off because an accidental team hit doesn't justify an intentional team kill. I have even apologized each time. The last guy's nick was Kinrec by the way. I saw lots of team kills by him and he never apologized. Anyway. So I am wondering how do you incite a kick request in a game. I'm sorry if this isn't the place for this message, feel free to move the post if necessary.

By the way, cool off people, it's impossible to avoid every single team hit in game! Even if 2 people hit the same person at the same time, one will get a kill and the other a team kill if they are bad aligned. The first guy teamkilled me after I hit in 2nd an enemy this way. It's just frustrating and people seem to think it's just a matter of choice hitting accidentally. Cool off!

Don't bother with polls in-game, they almost always fail. Take some screenshots of him kill you, post chat logs (possibly both when you apologized for unintentional TA and him TKing you) in a thread here in the Ban section.
If you can be arsed, make a video of him killing you :) That's a sure way of getting someone banned.

You could also try using the admin chat (key "I") to contact an admin, if anyone is on that server.

If there is no admin online, go on upper right corner of the forum, it says:
Chat: #mount&blade-crpg,qnet.org
When you're logged on, ask for an admin to come on the server because <nick> does intentional teamwounding. If an admin got spare time to do that (we usually do), well come on, observe the guy and make him stop.

Just for information, how does it work when a player have been banned? Does he doesn't see the game server anymore on the ingame selection, or does he sees the server and when he clicks on it it say you have been banned?

Thanks
