Title: Account Hacked: Heirlooms Sold

Logged on this morning to being locked out of my characters. Created a new one and reset my password, and what I feared was true. Someone had hacked my account (I've never shared my password), and sold/traded away my heirlooms. I could really use Admin/Mod/Dev assistance if possible.

Did you ever share your key at all? If you did, someone could have used it to make a new account then use that account to get into your main then mess it up. Your cd key is as good as your password pretty much in a sense.

Nope. I've never shared my key or my Steam account for that matter.

Did they forget to delete the "trade" messages that would be left behind?
That would tell you the person.
