when do we get to remake our characters?
My staffer is now totally useless as it will take too long to get his 3*heirloomed quarter staff

Uhm, now? No Bonus retire with level 15+
Can be lvl 15 in 45 minutes.

Yeah the issue is with people that were already 30 when 0.210 was deployed, with considerable changes, while they were still on the way to 31.
I know I'm one of those, maybe there's more. Now i'm stuck with playing 2h with 77 wpf until I get to 31.
Oh well, good block practice :P

I retired with no bonus at 30 yesterday, keep in mind that 30-31 is as much XP as 1-30 :o

Experience 6511292
Level up at 8735843
:(

I just hit 31 tonight and retired, i'm lvl1 now. Will level up a bit later, all that grind made me tired. Someone remind me why do we have to grind so much again ?

Nobody forced you to retire.

Well i was kinda forced to retire at 31 to get the bonus. Not doing it would be stupid and a waste of time. I've been told previously there wasn't such a heavy requirement for retirement bonus. I wanted to change my character build and try a different one (i've been playing only for a week), and maybe i'll have to change something again and retire again, which means if i want the bonus (which in the long run is good, more xp and a better item, so yes you have to do it at 31 to make any sense), i'll have to grind to 31 again on a character i want to delete.

You weren't forced to retire. You decided that the advantages of retirement (heirloom, generational xp bonus, chance to rebuild character) outweighed the advantages of not retiring (a few attribute points, skill points, and weapon proficiency points).
