Title: Heirloom problems

I can't use my (Heavy) German Poleaxe heirloomed...
(I have the strenght requirement 19 > 16)

The Poleaxe is not in my inventory in game.

It's bugged, tried equipping it with the webpage?

I think its bugged due to the namechange of the heirlooms cant see my mighty german poleaxe too and i have equipped it on the side..

Here is another day and always nothing...
I equipped myself with a Long Bardiche  in the meantime, but it's not the same thing, my German Poleaxe misses to me...

I want to add a second heirloom on my German Polaxe next my level 31.
It there chances so that that re-works if the problem is not resolved / re-flunks if the problem is resolved?
