Title: Char Name Change

Hello'
I just Use Name Change on Settings but it just make a new char to me I only wanted to change my main char name....
What should I do?

The new char is created to reserve the name. You need to wait until an admin approves the change.

I did make a new char with the desired name > played on EU 1 > made the account acces with the pass on the char page.
But when I go to my old char and want to replace the name with the one created above it says: not available.
