This is my build but I need a bit more agility as im not fast enough.
I still need 15 strength minimum.
Can you all adjust this a little bit to still do hard enough blows, but faster.
Ps: all light armour.
Strength: 15
Agility: 25
Polearm: 172
Power Strike: 5
Athletics: 8
Weapon Master: 8

8 WM and athl, and you are still not fast enough...? For what?

I am wearing light armour, but ive got the swiss halberd which weighs 3.5, I seem to run same speed as everyone else.
-
No, you are definitely faster. You probably just need to work on your footwork.

I have had a fair few accounts, and played mount&blade since about 2 weeks after it first came out :)
My footwork is deffintely fine, either the servers ive been in there is a fair few people with high agility or well im just slow :(
I notice my very slight speed bost when in melee as I can get around behind em fairly quickly, but running im slow.
Ps. my swinging speed hasn't seemed to imrove one bit 0_o
Thanks for replying anyway.

Running speed is also partly based on the length of the weapon in your hands

That explains it, a fricken large polearm I got :D
Any ideas on wat to adjust?
-
Apart from the weapon? I doubt there is much more you can do to change your speed. The only way I can think of is putting more points into agi/athl/WM but you really shouldn't. If you want to be a quick polearmer I strongly recommend the quarterstaff. A really nice weapon.

Not much to adjust, except learning to use your superior athlethics to gain the edge.
Also, sprinting speed? I have always felt that athlethics are mostly for acceleration and combat movement, not sprinting.

It does (or at least did) affect the sprinting speed. I think they made the top speed much more even, regardless of athl. Don't take this as fact though, just what I experience.

I am going to try this, also got some throwing knifes, so now I have a farmer look, good way to get people in a feel that they cant lose :D then hit em hard.
