In honesty, if I am not on voice chat, music is the key to domination. What music do you guys think makes you absolutely destroy everything? My vote goes to Techno/Dubstep WOOO!...I wonder if it is even possible to play c-rpg to country XD

Frank Klepacki is a god, C&C players know him and his work.

Also, Stoner rock bands. Nothing better than a nice melody blasting around nicely while you hack skulls.  :wink:

Heard this song live at a Flux show a few weeks ago.  Probably one of the top 10 moments of my life, was almost as good as when he played Gold Dust  :wink:

Right now I don't listen to anything but the in-game music, since I don't have any external speakers hooked up. I usually play with headphones on and music in the background. Classical mostly; sometimes some ambient/acid jazz type stuff. I like Bach, Mozart, Vivaldi, Beethoven, Bach, Telemann, all the biggies.

A wide range. Although music tends to make me worse, when I fight I listen for the clang of them hitting my weapon when I block, then I counter-attack, when music is blasting I cannot hear it, and oftentimes counter-attack a feint and get slaughtered.

if i HAVE to listen to music while playing, for these type of games i tend to like metal/rock. i listen to any music that has an idea or great sound though. electronic, classic or rock, whatever.

however, i do not listen to music in cRPG. 1. i use game sound alot for awareness. 2. i catch myself in listning to the music rather than playing = im getting creamed :p so i prefer no music at all.

but music in general is the greatest thing known to man kind. (yes, also greater than sex)

Depends on mood and on population on TS, if many people and we are dicking around, i listen mostly to Gogol Bordello, other than that and while playing alone or while i feel like i should perform, i listen to various bands, to name some: Kittie, Blood Red Shoes, Eluveitie, Cocotte Minute (try to youtube song Kopem for instance), SOAD, Korn, Muse

also, Led Zeppelin or Queen when feeling nostalgic
