Title: Rage quitting = no multiplier for winning team

Teams are not fair to justify a multiplicator...

It's easy, at last round when your team is nearly death, just leave or reconnect and other team don't earn multiplicator...

and the worst is that just before I was switched without winning multiplier!

Double fail : Unfair because rage quit, unfair because autobalance+rage quit

that was more annoying because we got destroyed 3 rounds in a row when we finally win its no multi :(

The numbers should be based on the start of the round up to three minutes in and not at the end.

If the teams WERE balanced at any point in the round, it should also reward the winning team.

This has happened to me a few times now and is quite annoying.

Also please fix delayed caps.

the no multiplier thing for imbalanced teams is really messed up actually.
If you are on the team forecast Not to win you won't get a multiplier if you win against the odds even!

imo it is so broken due to the highlighted exploitation and so on, it should just be removed. A normal evenly balanced team, which is the goal of the balancer, will have good close games set to x1 because they are "not balanced for multiplier" all the time.

it should just be removed.
if it is imbalanced just balance the teams more.

The auto balancer is just completely fucked every which way.
