Title: Editing your char while heirlooming
Post by: Adamar on June 16, 2011, 07:54:51 pm
I'd like to have the possibility to change my char every time I heirloom. It makes sence, since they'd be different people, and personaly I wasn't planning on being Adamar forever.

Wait for next patch, supposedly one hour window for name change after retiring.

Are you really not allowed to change your ingame name if you retire? Isn't there a 1k tax to change your ingame name?

"Name change
For a fee of 1,000 gold you can fix typos and add or change a clan tag."

Copy pasted from the Settings page on crpg.net
So no, you can't change your name even if you retire. However the devs have said namechange on retire will be implemented next patch, like Tears said above me.

thats bollocks because i changed my name from jenkins_wolper to ArseBisuits_wolper as there was quite a few people with the name jenkins knocking around and it got done within 6 hours or so.

Just be patient.
