Title: [KG] The Kingsguard (Disbanded)

Sorry everyone that it's taken me so long to get around to doing this, but KG is officially disbanded. Anyone interested in joining KG for just being part of a group is welcome to ask, but none of us as far as I know play cRPG or even Warband anymore. Best of luck to everyone!
If a mod could lock or delete this thread, it'd be much appreciated.

Thanks for the warm welcome, I've already run into you a few times, and while I can't say I usually prevailed, I always had fun facing off against you. :) Here's to a growing NA community! *toast* I also have to say, I first started out as a thrower, and your guide was immensely helpful, thanks for that. :D

Thanks for all the warm welcomes. :) And yeah, the books are great, but I got fed up waiting for the latest one to come out. It's been in the writing for near 10 years now, if I remember right. If you like fantasy (I assume you do since you read GRRM), I'd highly recommend The Name of the Wind, by Patrick Rothfuss. Best writing I've ever seen, and the second book comes out March 1st. :D

Hello to you all too! Thanks for the welcome. I am Viridian(my main now), officer and co-founder of the King's Guard. I'm sure some of you have seen me on the NA servers, I'm still learning a bit, but I'd like to say I'm quickly becoming better. Only picked up cRPG about a week ago.

Hey there, we'll gladly take you, but just to make sure you know before you decide to give us a try, we are a NA clan. That means you have pretty slim chances of running into us during your play times, and on the NA servers you could lag quite a bit. If that's still acceptable for you, then welcome aboard. :) And don't worry about your english, you're quite understandable, and pretty fluent. :)

Haha, thanks! I keep running into you and getting killed, but I'll get you one day yet! As for fanaticism, I lost that merry state of mind when I got tired of waiting for a Dance With Dragons to come out. Still a great writer though, and I'm hoping when it comes out it'll be great.

Will do, and thanks for the bump! At the moment we just get on and play together whenever we notice others are on, lol. We're only numbering about 5 actives, and usually average 3 on any given night playing together, so there isn't much occasion for more scheduled events just yet. Today was a blast though, and we'll definitelly join in on more. :) Don't designate me as vip anymore though, alright? Last time you did that I got killed within 30 seconds, when I was fine before. :P

I tried to contact Rapture, and he informed me that you guys no longer participate in cRPG/Strategus. Shame that. I'm a huge GRRM fan, and I've been having a bit of trouble finding a Faction based in the US.
