Troy is probably a scammer. I offered to do a collateral trade with him across chat. He said he didn't have enough cash to cover the collateral. I then told him i would let him loom an item to +1 and buy them off him for 315K from the market. He then stopped responding and fancy i find here he is offering to sell his loom for a much lower price: 300K.

He stated he was incredibly poor and his main concern was money, not sure why he now wants to wait longer to sell at a lower price. Be wary.
