Title: Can't delete character

I have a few useless characters that I'd like to delete, but when I go to setting and enter my password to kill the character, it just pops up a box asking if I'm sure, and when I say ok, I get the little red box telling me to enter my current password.

Am I doing something wrong? How do I delete this character?

Nevermind, I reset the password and it's working well now
