Title: Which bow for 5 PD?

I read something about extra PD above requirement giving bonuses. Which would be best for 5PD 148 wpf?

Strong Bow with 5 PD, could add a few more points into PD (up to 4 more points) if you want +12% extra damage per point added above the requirement. Or go longbow if you want to kill tin cans easier (but you sacrifice an extra slot).
