Title: Need unused heirloom point for +1 heirloom+gold

so, i basically need an unused heirloom point (13 str is only requirement) so i can make my +2 helmet +3.
We will work out a system that will make this a safe deal so noone scams eachother (might have an admin hold the items or something)

I can offer +1 military pick+an amount of gold hat can be discussed later (tell me how much you want) or i can give pure gold.
