It's probably not possible due to game mechanics, but it would be awesome and would probably go a long ways towards fixing dedicated throwers if throwing weapons could be picked up after they have hit their target. It would be similar to the CoD series where you can retrieve your thrown weapons after killing someone with them. If this is impossible due to limitations of the game engine then the action could be replicated in some other way. Perhaps if you hit someone with a throwing weapon there is a chance to resupply your current weapon based on your wpf and power throw. It would have to be only available to dedicated throwers otherwise there would be spam, but with the current PT and wpf restrictions I think that problem is fixed already. It's really only the higher end throwing weapons that have ammo issues anyways.

ye... wy shouldnt i be able to pull out my 8 throwing daggers from the corpse after finally having managed to kill someone with 3 pt?
i only have enough daggers to kill like 2 enemies if i hit with everything :o

They could also just increase some of the throwing weapon's ammo.
Sometimes on my alt I bring my Spiked Mace and 3 slots of Heavy Throwing Axes for a whopping 6 ammo :?
