1h/thrower character

I'm making a guy for DTV, 18/18
will 100wpf in throwing be enough?
I would have 130~ in 1h

I have 80 in throwing, and its okay...
I can hit using heavy throwing axes with some reliability, but I miss just as often.  100 would be better.

It is good, however, for softening up targets, or for the occasional lucky headshot.
